Mango & Roasted Cashew Salad.

I don't have the cashews, but this looks like just the type of dish that can be good & perfect to take to parties, bet no one else shows up with it! I have really been on a mango kick lately. I just want to lick the screen! ...but I won't, I promise.....really, I won't. :)
