Ug.. That's Hideous

Why guilty pleasure is it that we get from seeing things that should have never been made? Someone, somewhere down the line had to have thought it was good idea, yet in actual conception it is just a flop & completely laugh worthy!

Why other than for some costume would ANYONE want these? Is there some purpose I don't know of?
